Fry until the raw smell of the gram flour disappears, for just about a minute or two • Add water, green peas if using and season with salt to taste. Stir in the sugar and allow to boil, covered on medium heat until the potatoes are cooked through and the sagu has thickened. • Take off heat, garnish with cilantro and serve with hot rava idlies!
