2 cups half-and-half (while it doesn't thicken as well I prefer the Land O' Lakes Fat Free Half & Half)
Cinnamon & nutmeg (optional)
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

Here is how you make Kale and Sweet Potato Gratin:

Preheat oven to 400 and spray inside of 8x8" baking dish w/ cooking spray.Combine garlic, kale, potatoes and half-and-half in a pot and stir. Season with salt and pepper (and cinnamon/nutmeg if desired). Bring to a boil over medium head while stirring. After 8-10 mins the potatoes will be tender and their starch will have thickened the mixture.Transfer to prepared dish, smooth top and top with goat cheese.
