To reduce calories and carbs, I added more cabbage and vegetables, and replaced traditional red potatoes with 4 medium sized regular potatoes. I hit "pulse" until coarsely chopped.Potatoes are done when soft and fore can easily penetrate them. Lift potatoes from water using slatted spoon and place in mixing bowl. While potatoes are still hot add milk and butter to bowl. Mash until smooth.Meanwhile, place vegetable blend into boiling water from potatoes. Boil until cabbage is translucent.Drain cabbage mixture and fold into mashed potatoes, until well blended.
