Here is how you make Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatoes:

Place potatoes in saucepan. Add enough water to just cover potatoes. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and stir. Place lid at a slant so pan doesn't boil over. Cook 10-15 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Turn heat off and drain potatoes. Place in a bowl and mash with potato masher to desired consistency.
