Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat a baking rectangular or oblong pan with cooking spray.Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute onion until soft and carmelized about 10 minutes. Sit to cool.Place cooled onion, pumpkin puree, egg, milk, in a medium bowl. Mix to combine and half of the chopped rosemary and salt and pepper to taste.
