3 eggs beaten or equivalent liquid egg sub - recipe was calculated with 3 large eggs
3/4 C Fat Free Half and Half
8 ounces shredded low fat swiss cheese

Cook bacon- drain and set aside.Saute leek and onion in olive oil til tender and allow to cool.Combine remaining ingredients and whisk together.
