1/2 c regular sugar
1 Pkg jello Gelatin (Strawberry, Cherry or Raspberry)

Put rhubarb and strawberries in large cooking pot.Pour both sugars over the fruit and stir.Let set for 2 hours - stirring frequently.(this can sit overnight instead)Place pan on burner on med high to high heat and bring to a boil. Then let it boil for a minimum of 15 minutes. Longer if necessary but no more than about another 5 minutes. Be careful as the juices SPIT.Now remove from heat and stir in the jello. Stir it well and pour into canning jars.This makes about 5 cups. around 80 Tablespoons.1 T =1 serving
