Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Garlic, 3 cloves
Spinach, fresh, 4 cup


How Do I Make Barley and Wild Rice Pilaf?

Here is how you make Barley and Wild Rice Pilaf:

Heat 2 tsp of oil in large sauce over low heat. Add onion saute until golden brown about 5 minutes. Add barley, wild rice, and minced garlic stir one minute. Add 4 cups water and salt bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low cover and cook until grains are tender and liquid is absorbed about 1 hour. Heat remaning 2 tsp oil in a large skillet over med-low heat. Add red bell pepper saute until beginning to brown about 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and 2 sliced garlic cloves. Stir and cook about 5 minutes.
