Stir in oats, rye flour, whole wheat flour, and 2 cups of bread flour to make a soft dough. Add wild rice and craisins. cover dough; let rest for 15 min. Stir in remainder of flour to male a stiff dough. Knead for 15 min. Place in greased bowl and cover, let rise until doubled, about 2 hours. Punch down and knead briefly. Divide into 2 parts. Shape into loaf, put in greased loaf pan, cover, let rise for 45 min. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 40-45 min. or until loaves sound hollow when tapped.
