*Chicken Boullion Cube, 3 serving

2 cups Chicken stock or 2 cups of boiling water with 3

How Do I Make Herbed Rice?

Here is how you make Herbed Rice:

Melt the butter in a skillet or saucepan and saute the onion and uncooked rice until both are yellow. Add can of mushrooms and seasonings, then boiling chicken stock (I used boiling water and 3 boullion cubes). Heat entire mixture until boiling, then cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for 20 minutes or until moisture is absorbed into the rice.
