Here is how you make Fiesta Lime Fried Rice:

Make rice according to directions. Set aside.Heat large skillet with lid to medium. Melt 1 Tablespoon of I can't believe its not Butter. Add onion and peppers. Saute about 3 mins. Put in large mixing bowl.Scramble the eggs and cook until lightly done. (Should still be a little wet). Chop in large chuncks. Place in bowl with veggies and mix.Melt another tablespoon of butter in skillet. Add rice and brown lightly for approximately 2 mins. Add veggies and eggs to rice and mix. Sprinkle Mrs Dash over mixture and stir.
