4 serving JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage
.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce


How Do I Make Leftover Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Leftover Fried Rice:

clean, peel and chop all the veggies. Cook the rice according to directions and set aside. In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey sausage, set aside. In same skillet, heat olive oil and add carrots and parsnip. cook til softened. Add remaining vegetables and diced ginger except the green parts of the green onion. (You can use any veggies that you have in the fridge. A great way to use up veggies that are starting to turn.) Save the Green parts of the green onion until the end. Once all the veggies are cooked through, cut up the sausage (or any meat you have around) into bite sized pieces and add to the vegetables. Scramble the 2 eggs and add to the middle of the pan, scrambling the eggs in with the veggies. Add the rice and mix thoroughly. Add soy sauce to taste. Toss in the green parts of the green onions right before serving.Enjoy!Serving Size:?makes 5 dinner sized portions. Can also be used as a side dish
