The ingredients for Vietnamese Rice Noodles are:

4.4 oz of Rice Noodles
2 tbs coconut oil
1/2 cup of apple cider or rice wine vinegar
2 tbs of honey
1 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup chopped sweet bell peppers
1 jalapeno pepper or 5 thai peppers
1/2 cup of chopped grape tomatoes
chopped cilantro to taste
chopped green onions to taste


How Do I Make Vietnamese Rice Noodles?

Here is how you make Vietnamese Rice Noodles:

Cook the noodles per box instructions. Meanwhile, chop up your peppers and tomatoes. Strain noodles once done cooking. In a non-stick pan on med-high heat, add the coconut oil and allow it to melt. Add all the peppers and tomatoes. "Stir-fry" for about a minute, then remove pan from heat. Add the vinegar, honey and lime juice. Stir and dissolve the honey into the other liquids. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and top with the pepper mixture.
