Here is how you make Nutty Wild Rice:

Rinse wild rice thoroughly in strainer.Place rice in medium/heavy saucepan. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, checking after 30 minutes for doneness. Rice should not be too soft. Drain rice and transfer to bowl.Add remaining ingredients and toss. Adjust seasonings to taste. Let stand at least 2 hours or overnight.
