What Are The Ingredients For Suiza Rice Recipe?

The ingredients for Suiza Rice are:

1/4 cup light sour cream
1 cup uncooked brown jasmine rice
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 cup roma tomato slices, quartered
2 cups water
1 tbsp Garlic Salt, Lawry's
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


How Do I Make Suiza Rice?

Here is how you make Suiza Rice:

In a medium saucepan, place oil in pan over medium heat. Once heated, add onion and saut?. Once onion is translucent, add the bell peppers, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Once bell peppers are slightly tender, add tomatoes and stir occasionally to avoid burning. Once tomatoes are tender, add water and bring to a boil. Then slowly stir in rice. Stir mixture occasionally to avoid sticking and burning. Cook rice according to directions. In my case, it is approximately 25-30 minutes. Once cooked, turn off heat and fluff with fork to "dry" the rice for 10 minutes.
