Mushrooms, canned, 360 grams

Here is how you make Farro Risotto:

Soak farro for 30 minutes. Then drain and set aside.Toast pine nuts and let cool.Saute chopped onions in the olive oil and butter. Add farro.Toast farro in onion mixture until slightly golden.Add wine and let evaporate.Add mushrooms and 1 cup of chicken broth. Cover and let farro soak up broth. Add another 1/2 to 1 cup of broth each time and let it soak up until farro is soft and chicken broth is gone.Add salt and pepper to taste.Before serving, stir in the pine nuts, feta cheese and parsley.
