How Do I Make Lighter Risotto PIlaf?

Here is how you make Lighter Risotto PIlaf:

Heat oil in large skillet with tight fitting lid. Saute onion 5 minutes until translucent, Stir in rice and saute over moderate heat until rice turns translucent then milky careful not to brown the rice. Add broth, wine and remaining ingredients. Stir once then bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. If you wish the rice to be al dente leave the lid off for 10 minutes.
