1. Combine Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar. Beat until very stiff peaks have formed.2. In a separate bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until just combined.3. Add "mounds" of the mixture- flatten them out slightly. 5. Bake at 400F for about 20-30 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack overnight, until they have firmed up. Store in a open bag. Let sit out about 10 minutes before use to let them dry out.
