Put 2 cups unbleached flour and all the other dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl (I use a TupperWare That's-a-Bowl) and mix thoroughly. Heat milk, water and butter in small saucepan over med heat to 110-115 degrees F. Stir into flour mixture in bowl. Add eggs and beat in then 2 cups unbleached flour. Then another cup. Use the last cup to knead into dough - you may need a little more or less. Let rise about 2 hours. Pour out onto floured board; cut in quarters and make a round ball of each quarter. Roll out to 1/4 to 1/2"; cut into 16 wedges roll from outside edge to point. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place rolls close together, point down, bending into crescent. Place baking sheet in freezer. After 4 to 6 hours, place rolls in freezer bags. They will keep nicely for 3 months.Take the number of rolls you want, place on baking sheets, 2" apart all around.
