The ingredients for 4 Bean Salad are:

1 can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), rinsed and drained
1 can Blackeye Peas, rinsed and drained
1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 pound fresh green beans
3 ears fresh sweet corn
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Lemon,Oil,Garlic salad dressing (see sparkrecipes)
Freshly ground pepper

Here is how you make 4 Bean Salad:

Drain and rinse all cans of beans. Mix together in large bowl. Chop red pepper and add to mixture. Bring a large pot to a boil. Add green beans and let boil for 2 minute (I like my green beans crispy and fresh tasting-not overdone). Drain green beans and add to mixture. Add corn to boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes.
