DirectionsWhisk together vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk and stream in olive oil until incorporated. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes to blend flavors.Prepare a bowl of ice water. Set aside. Put beans in bowl, cover, and microwave on high until bright green and crisp-tender, about 7 minutes total, checking every 3 minutes or so. Plunge in ice water, drain well.Mix tomatoes and olives in large bowl.
