Here is how you make Crunchy Broccoli Romaine Salad:

Chop broccoli and romaine lettuce. Slice carrots into thin strips and mix with broccoli and lettuce.Mix oil, vinegar, splenda together and blend well.Crumble ramen noodles and mix with walnuts. Heat saute pan on med heat. Melt butter and add noodles and walnuts. Cook until noodles slightly brown.
