Prepare edamame per pkg directions, and set to coo. Chop kale finely and put in colander to rinse.Chop all the other stuff and mix in a BIG bowl. Serve with creamy dressing (I love Bolthouse Farms coleslaw yogurt dressing. It's with the refrigerated dressings.)
