Grill the corn any way that you prefer. I shuck mine, spray some canola oil on foil and then wrap the corn inside. They usually take about 15 minutes, or until some of the kernels are just beginning to brown.While the corn is cooking, peel and cube your avocados and place in a medium mixing bowl. juice one lime on top of the avocados (this will keep them from getting brown). Cut the kernels off of your corn when it is finished and add them to the bowl as well. Add feta, olive oil and salt and pepper and mix together.
