1 small package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. SF Orange espresso syrup (or Pineapple or Mango flavor)
4 oz. Cool Whip Lite
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 15 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. red grapes, sliced
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 small jar maraschino cherries, halved


How Do I Make Orange Cream Fruit Salad?

Here is how you make Orange Cream Fruit Salad:

In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and sugar-free espresso syrup. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for almost 2 minutes. Mix in cool whip. In a large salad bowl, combine fruits. Gently mix in orange dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve.Note: For best results, drain fruit for at least 2 hours or overnight. To keep chopped apple from browning, add to the drained fruit juice until ready to add into the salad mixture. Orange whip can also be made ahead of time until ready to combine with fruit.
