melt butter in skillet, add soy sauceCrunch up Ramen in package, remove seasoning pack, (do not use)saute' Ramen and almonds together, stir occasionally, til golden brown.Remove from heat, cool.Add cooled noodles and almonds to coleslaw mix. Dressing, Mix 1/2 cup white sugar with 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, let sugar dissolve as much as possible.add oil, shake well. Add RIGHT BEFORE SERVINGNOTE.... if you don't think it will all be eaten during one meal, I suggest storing part of it in the fridge until you are going to eat it.
