The ingredients for Gma's Macaroni Salad are:

1 Lb Pasta (I use small shells)
1 Large Carrot
1 Large Celery Stalk
1/2 Med Onion
1/2 Sm Bell Pepper
5 Large boiled eggs (to make it healthier, I use 3 whole and 2 egg white only)
1 Tbs Relish
1Tbs Mustard (I use Brown or Dijon)
1.5 Cup Light miracle whip

Boil eggs, Cook macaroni. Chop carrot, onion, celery, bell pepper very small. Chop eggs, mix all ingredients in a bowl.
*I make it at least 3 hours in advance to let flavors mix and cool in refrigerator. Although it is good warm fresh made too.
