Here is how you make Mediterranean Pasta Salad:

Cook Pasta until al dente and set aside to cool. Cut asparagus into 1 1/2 inch pieces and saute with sliced mushrooms and minced garlic (if desired) until softened, about 3-5 min. Chop up broccoli and red onion to bite size pieces, and cut cherry tomatoes in halves. Drain artichoke hearts and cut in half. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
