Celery, 1 large stalk finely chopped
Onions, 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Black pepper, 1/16-1/8 tsp per taste
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
Sweet Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp
Hard Boiled Egg chopped, 1 large
Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp
Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 4 Tbsp


How Do I Make Deli Style Potato Salad?

Here is how you make Deli Style Potato Salad:

Peel potatoes then cut in half. Place in small sauce pan and cover with water. Add the egg to pan also, you can cook the potatoes and the egg at the same time.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to keep a low boil. Cook for 10-20 minutes. You want the pototoes to be just tender enough that they can be pierced with a fork, but not so soft they fall apart.Remove cooked potatoes from the pan and rinse with cold water. Continue cooking egg until it's been cooked for 20 minutes.Cube the potatoes and refrigerate. Cool cooked egg (I put it in the freezer while I chop the veggies) and peel, then chop. Add to the potatoes to chill.Finely chop celery and onion. Add to potatoes. Add remaining ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic powder, relish, mustard and mayo and stir to mix completely.Chill then serve.
