2 can (6 oz.) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked

.5 head iceberg lettuce (sm to med)
8 oz. low fat ranch dressing

Here is how you make Rice Salad with Tuna:

No cooking required if you purchase the plain white rice from a Chinese restaurant.Put the rice in a large bowl and stir to loosen and cool. Put in fridge to hasten the cooling process.Drain tuna, and flake with a fork. Add to the cooled rice and stir in. Shred 1/2 small to medium head of iceberg lettuce and add to rice mixture. Dice half a small to medium onion (according to your taste) and add to the salad, stirring in lettuce and onion. Pour 8 oz. low fat ranch dressing over the salad and stir in to moisten all ingredients.
