pretty sure everyone has made this one time or another, and has their own way or own recipie, but just though i would post it for me. it comes out different everytime because i never really measure. i just add the ingreds as i go.

What Are The Ingredients For my salsa Recipe?

The ingredients for my salsa are:

6-8 tomatos
1 lg onion
3-4 garlic cloves
fresh celantro
pimento chili (lil yellow chili's)
jalepeno
serrano chili (small long curved ones)
limes (to your own taste i use abt 4-6)
salt ( i use 2-4 tbsp ) to my taste
pepper to your taste



How Do I Make my salsa?

Here is how you make my salsa:

Put them all together Cut tomatos in chunks or small pieces ( i have a hand blender so i cut mine in chunks)Cut up onions the same wayMince garlic clovesRough chop to celantroSlice jalepenos, yellow chili, sm serrano chili ( i leave the the seeds in)Squeeze lime juice to your tasteAdd salt to your tasteAdd Pepper to your tasteMix all of the ingredients together, I give it all a quick hand blend and comes out perfect.
