Heat grill to medium high heat. Cut peaches in half, remove the pits, and place cut side down on grill. Cut pepper and onion into thick slices, brush with olive oil, and place on the grill. When dark grill marks show, turn and finish grilling. Remove from grill and dice peaches, onion, and pepper. Place in large bowl.Add olive oil, cilantro, lime juice and sea salt to salsa and mix.
