1/2 cup raw pumkin seeds
1/3 cup raw blanched slivered almonds
1 inch of dried ancho pepper
1 inch of new mexican dried red chiles

Here is how you make Seedy Tomatillo Salsa:

Cut the onion into large segments, place in a roasting pan, add the cloves of garlic peeled, and the tomatillos halved (face down). Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil for 15 minutes, stirring the onions and garlic cloves half way. Remove from the oven and let cool, then put into a blender. In a dry pan on medium high heat, toast the pumpkin seeds, almonds and the dried pepper pieces. Stir constantly until golden brown. Place the browned nuts and seeds and pepper into the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
