Combine 1/2 cup sugar and the rest of the ingredients. (keep some of the hot peppers for next step)2. Pour 1 cup of the resulting mixture over chicken for marinade (marinate 1 hour to overnight)3. When almost ready to eat - take remaining sauce and last 1/4 cup brown sugar in a small sauce pan.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-15 minutes - depending on consistency desired - will thicken after it comes off the stove. Stir often!4. If marinading chicken - grill for 15-20 minutes basting with marinade.
