How Do I Make Light Cranberry Sauce?

Here is how you make Light Cranberry Sauce:

Rinse cranberries and pick out any that aren't good.Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add 1/4 cup sugar. When sugar is dissolved, add the cranberries. Return to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cranberries start to soften and some of them have popped. Use a spoon to mash the rest of the cranberries. Then remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup sucralose sweetener. The sweetener will foam at first, but this will settle down as it cools. Stir well, then pour into a glass bowl to cool before serving. (You can add more sweetener if you wish.)Makes 8 servings 1/2 cup each.
