1 cup crushed saltines (I used salted... watch for over salting, if you are sensitive to salt and adjust to taste)

Here is how you make Lebanese Lemon Garlic Sauce:

Place garlic in small food processor and pulse until almost liquified, add lemon juice slowly and keep processing. Add olive oil and salt. Process until liquid. Add crushed saltines and process until texture similar to hummus (pasty). All ingredients are approximate and can be adjusted to suit your own tastes.
