Heat oil in skillet. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add red peppers, garlic, salt, pepper, and allspice. Cook for about 2 minutes more. Stir in vinegar, worcestershire, molasses, lime juice and tomato sauce. Cook for a minute more. Transfer mixture to blender. Add mango and jalapeno.
