Whisk dry ingredients together, cut in butter, add milk, mix with fork. Knead dough gently until it all comes together. Divide in two and flatten to about 1/2-3/4 inch circle. Using the back of a knife or pastry scraper, make 8 wedge indentations. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and back for 15-20 minutes. Cool on rack, or enjoy warm with more butter ;-)
