This is a tried and true method, at least for me and my family (and my oven!). The spices here are my favorite combination, though I've tried others.A common mixture for seasoned breadcrumbs includes the typical "Italian" seasonings (oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram and the like), or your favorite Mrs. Dash seasoning. Experiment! Have fun with it. Add or remove ingredients to your taste or dietary needs.

Here is how you make Low Calorie Seasoned Breadcrumbs:

1. Preheat oven to 190? Fahrenheit.2. Cut or tear bread into small pieces (approximately 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch). Spread pieces out on a baking sheet.3.
