-Dressing-
4 tbsp red wine vinager
1/3 c olive oil (more or less based on your tastes)
dash of salt
Fresh cracked pepper

Wisk dressing together in the bottem of the bowl you plan to serve this in.

Attach the shredding blade on food proccesser or mandalin. Shredd the following ingredients.

Carrots- 5-6 medium
Red or green cabbage - 1/2 medium head
Apple cored but not peeled- 2 meduim ( I like Granny Smith)

Toss everthing together in a big bowl and enjoy.

Makes 10 servings of 2/3 c aprox.
