Here is how you make Cuban Slaw:

Shred 2 cups of cabbage. Dice 1 jalapeno pepper, 1/2 of a red onion, and 4 tbsp of cilantro. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the juice of 1 lime, 1tbsp white vinegar, and 4 tbsp of mayo to bowl and mix thoroughly (may add more or less of each to taste). Stir in 2 tsp of sugar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
