1/4 tsp pepper
3 TBSP half n half (or milk)
3 TBSP shredded parmesan cheese
1 c. reserved pasta water

Here is how you make Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Parsley:

Cook pasta according to directions, reserving 1 cup of water. Drain pasta in collander.In pasta pot (with pasta still in collander), add olive oil, garlic, parsley, Mrs. Dash, and basil. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring frequently so not to burn. Add pasta back to pot. Stir in 1/2 c. pasta water, half n half, 1 TBSP parmesan, and salt and pepper.
