Here is how you make Paleo Mama's Hot and Spicy Cauliflower:

Wash cauliflower and remove the leaves. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces (use the stem too).Dice up the garlic and olives and set aside.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add cauliflower in batches. The goal here is to brown it and if it is too crowded in the pan, the water inside the vegetable will cause it to steam. So be patient, and brown the cauliflower in batches.Once all the cauliflower is browned, return all of it to the pan and add all the rest of the ingredients. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until all the vegetables are soft and incorporated. Be sure to occasionally scrape up the caramelized bits from the bottom of the pan.
