Melt Butter medium saucpan. Saute onion and garlic in melted butter. When onions and garlic have sweated, add spinach and cook until heated through. Add cream cheese and cook for a couple minutes until the cream cheese melts, then add the 2 tbsp of Greek Yogurt. Stir to combine.
