1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Epicure Selections Herb and Garlic Dip Mix

How Do I Make Shreded Brussels Sprouts?

Here is how you make Shreded Brussels Sprouts:

1. Wash and remove discoulored leaves and stems from brussels sprouts2. if using dip mix add mix to oil to let hydrate2B. if using fresh garlic, remove skin and chop or slice and add with olive oil to heated pan. 3. Slice brussels sprouts. If you have a slicer, slice lengthwise until all sprouts are sliced and add to pan. (Note: don't overfill the pan, as sprouts cook they will reduce in size and then add the rest of the sprouts.) If you do not have a slicer, cut sprouts in half length wise, place flat side down on cutting board, lengthwise (as though prepairing to cut in quarters through the stem) making sure to cut the sprouts as thinly as you can. 4. Once sprouts are cut add to frying pan. (Note: if there is not enough room in the pan for all the sprouts at first, wait untill the sprouts reduce then add in the rest. Adding them all at once will make it difficult to move sprouts around to avoid burning.)5. Cook sprouts on medium, alowing sprouts to become slightly crispy.
