Here is how you make Harvest Eggplant/Squash Augraten:

Slice eggplant and yellow squash, remove ends of vegetables. Chop onion and garlic. In a medium size bowel put the bread crums and well beaten eggs. Mix well and mix in 2 TBLS. margarine-I use Can't believe it's not butter. Now layer the eggplant, yellow squash, onion and garlic. Atop the first layer spoon half the bread crumb mixture and sprinkle with half the cinnamon and nutmeg. Layer the rest of the ingredients as you did the first ending with the breadcrumb mixture and spices. Last mix milk with cheese sauce and pour this over the vegetables.
