Dice vegetables in bite sized pieces. Place all vegetables but Green Pepper in small sauce pan. Add 1/4 - 1/3 cup water. Hold Green Pepper aside to add near end of cooking to preserve color. Cover and heat over extreme low flame until steam starts to escape. Let covered pan steam for 3 - 4 minutes then turn flame off. Add Green Pepper, replace cover.
