1/2 ricotta whole milk cheese
2 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp thyme
1/2 tbsp basil

Here is how you make Garlic and Herb Stuffed Brussel Sprouts:

Trim the ends off of 8 large brussels spouts and cut in half. Blanche the brussels sprouts cut side down in boiling water until they turn bright green. Remove from water. Remove insides of sprouts by cutting across the stem on the inside - creating a bowl with the remaining sprout. Keep the insides that are being removed! Finely chop the cored brussel sprouts pieces and saute in a pan with olive oil and minced garlic until tender. Remove from pan and use to stuff the shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
