Sprinkle with additional bread crumbs & Parsley, then drizzle with a little more Olive Oil on top.Bake in a 350 F oven for 55 minutes or until cheese turns slightly brown and Peppers become tender.When done remove from the oven and let stand for 10 - 15 minutes to cool and set up.
