~1/4 cup (unpacked) brown sugar
~2 Tbsp. cinnamon

How Do I Make Lighter Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes?

Here is how you make Lighter Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes:

Peel the sweet potatoes and then slice them into approx. 1/2 inch thick rings. If your sweet potato is very fat, you may want to cut some of the large dics into semicircles. Put all of the sweet potato slices into a glass baking dish (you don;t have to do this carefully, but make sure they are reasonably evenly spread in the dish). Spray the tops with I Can't Belive It's Not Butter spray and then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
